Fundraising

In case you didn't know, our current event being organised is a fundraiser for the Portage service in West Wiltshire.

They are on facebook here. Or read about them here!

We have a family member with learning difficulties and feel that the respite and care that the portage service offer is fantastic and only wish we knew of such a thing a few years ago. A really worthy cause!

Exciting times for us!

Who knew organising a vintage event could be so exciting (as well as stressful and certainly keeping me on my toes!)

The vintage and handmade market is going to be advertised in the Vintage Explorer, The Vintage Directory and Pretty Nostalgic as well as other local publications and I shall also be selling the Pretty Nostalgic magazines on my travels and at the event.

We have more or less filled all spaces now inside and debating whether to allow some just outside of the hall. I hope to have more on the field next time - when football season is well and truly over!

I'll introduce a couple more stallholders to you whilst here...

Ruth from Delectable, Collectable will be at the event! Ruth, or Mrs DC as she is known as, runs the adjoining event to the Vintage Mondays at The Little Theatre Cinema in Bath. Selling retro goods and delectable wheat free goodies!

Zara, who runs Frock 'n' Roller will be residing with us at the event with her gorgeous and glamorous clothing, accessories and vintage finds.

So that's another two fab stallholders covered!

Are you a vintage/retro/antique business that would like to distribute flyers to the visitors of our vintage event?

All stallholders are allowed to supply flyers free of charge for distribution in goody bags supplied on entry to the market.
Should you not be a stallholder but wish to take advantage of this marketing opportunity - we are charging £10 for every 200 leaflets distributed in bags.

Contact me on lynsandsteve@gmail.com to get involved.
Or pay directly via paypal - to the email address above, not forgetting to leave your details. I will email you back with my address to send flyers to.
